Why amenorrhea?

Why amenorrhea?

Amenorrhea is a situation that every woman will encounter, but the time of amenorrhea is different for each woman, and the causes of amenorrhea are also different. When amenorrhea happens to you, you must first find the best solution. Don't panic and take no measures. Next, let us understand why you always have amenorrhea? After understanding these, I can also give some advice to more women.

Amenorrhea is a common symptom in gynecological diseases and can be caused by a variety of different reasons. It is usually divided into primary and secondary types. Those who have not had menstruation by the age of 18 are called primary amenorrhea; those who have no menstruation for more than 6 months at any time after menarche and before normal menopause (except pregnancy or lactation) are called secondary amenorrhea.

Amenorrhea is a common gynecological disease. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is caused by liver and kidney deficiency, qi and blood deficiency, and blood circulation disorder. There are distinctions between deficiency and excess. Deficiency is mostly due to insufficient Qi and blood and kidney deficiency, while excess is mostly due to cold stagnation, Qi stagnation and blood stasis. In terms of treatment, if it is due to insufficient qi and blood, qi and blood should be supplemented; if it is due to kidney deficiency, the lower abdomen needs to be supplemented; if it is due to cold stagnation, the meridians need to be warmed and the cold needs to be dispelled; if it is due to qi stagnation, the liver needs to be soothed and qi needs to be regulated; if it is due to blood stasis, blood circulation needs to be activated and blood stasis needs to be removed. Differentiated treatment and feeding can be implemented according to different symptoms.

1. The age of menopause in women varies greatly. The average age of menopause is about 51 or 52 years old. The vast majority of women will experience menopause in their early 50s, but some may experience menopause at the age of 30, and some may not experience it until the age of 60. This also depends on the individual's physical fitness. The menstrual cycle of women with amenorrhea changes greatly, and the amount of menstruation may be more or less at one moment.

2. Be sure to get enough sleep. After menopause, be alert to the rapid decline in bone density. When the excessive loss rate is faster than the normal bone rate, osteoporosis will easily occur and blood circulation in the body will be blocked. Women during their menstrual period will most likely experience poor sleep. This sleep disorder will become increasingly serious with age after menopause, so it will be difficult to fall asleep normally.

3. Also remember that during menopause, medication is usually not required because it is a natural process and a necessary step for women. It may affect your life, but generally you do not need to use any medication to overcome this situation. The most important thing is to adjust your mentality.

Note:

During the menopause period, do not be anxious or impatient, try to maintain a happy mood, do not stay up late often, and get enough sleep, so as to slow down the aging of the skin. Also be careful not to use drugs to overcome it, so as not to cause harm to the body. Do not touch cold water frequently, and keep warm.

The above answers the question of why amenorrhea always occurs. From this, we can see that amenorrhea is mostly caused by one’s own reasons. Therefore, in daily life, we must pay attention to dietary issues and avoid unbalanced diet due to work or other reasons. We must always learn to take care of ourselves.
