How to check your health with leucorrhea?

There are many people who are looking for ways to know whether they are healthy or not without going to the hospital for a check-up every day. There are many methods used to check health. Some use half-month absence to judge, and some use the quality of hair to judge. Recently, someone proposed to use leucorrhea to check health. So, how to use leucorrhea? Is it useful? The following is the content about checking health with leucorrhea that the editor has found for everyone.

Like menstruation, the arrival of vaginal discharge, leucorrhea, marks the transition of girls from youth to maturity, bidding farewell to the days of girlhood when they were kept in seclusion and unknown to the world, and taking on the responsibility of reproducing offspring.

Under normal circumstances, leucorrhea is white and odorless, and its quantity and quality vary with the menstrual cycle. Between two menstrual periods (i.e. ovulation period), the leucorrhea is abundant, transparent, sticky like egg white and can be pulled into threads; after ovulation, the leucorrhea is less in volume and thicker; a few days before and after menstruation, the leucorrhea is slightly more and becomes turbid because it contains more exfoliated cells; in addition, the leucorrhea will increase after pregnancy, during sexual excitement and after sexual intercourse.

In recent years, the lack of attention to private hygiene and early sexual activity have caused many women to have abnormal leucorrhea, sending out an alarm that they are "ill-healthy".

First, in terms of quantity, infection is the most common cause of increased vaginal discharge, which can be caused by bacteria, gonococci, fungi, etc. In addition, uterine fibroids, especially submucosal fibroids, can also cause increased vaginal discharge. Less vaginal discharge and no increase during ovulation are often signs of low estrogen levels.

Second, changes in color, odor, and texture generally occur along with abnormal vaginal discharge. Common manifestations include the following:

Yellow foamy leucorrhea: It is yellow or yellow-green in color, and may even dye underwear yellow. It is difficult to wash off and is accompanied by vulvar itching. It may be Trichomonas vaginitis.

Yellow watery leucorrhea: It is yellow or yellow-green, watery, and has a fishy or foul smell. If you have excessive menstrual bleeding, you should be alert to uterine fibroids.

Purulent leucorrhea: more common in patients with vaginitis, cervical erosion, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and endometritis. If accompanied by urinary pain, frequent urination, and urgency, it may be a sexually transmitted disease caused by gonococcal infection.

White cheese-like leucorrhea: It is white, sticky, cheese-like or tofu-like, and accompanied by severe itching of the vulva. It is a common symptom of Candida albicans vaginitis.

Grayish white, thin, fishy-smelling leucorrhea: more common in patients with bacterial vaginitis, caused by an imbalance in the normal bacterial flora in the vagina.

Bloody leucorrhea: If there is blood mixed in the leucorrhea and it occurs in women of childbearing age and is accompanied by pain during sexual intercourse, it may be cervicitis; if it occurs in middle-aged or elderly women, it may be senile vaginitis, cervical polyps or cervical cancer.

The above is the content that the editor has found about how to look at health through leucorrhea. I believe some friends have learned how to look at health, and whether leucorrhea can look at health! Regular exercise and eating more fruits can make us healthy. We should go to the hospital for regular physical examinations, and especially pay attention to our own cleanliness.
