Dryness after having sex

Dryness after having sex

After a woman has just given birth, her urinary system will slowly recover, and generally she can resume normal sexual life about two or three months after giving birth. However, many friends find that their vagina is very dry during intercourse after giving birth, and there will be bursts of pain, which seriously affects the quality of their couple's life. So what is the reason for dryness during sex after childbirth?

1. Physiological factors. After giving birth, women are in the breastfeeding period. During this special period, the prolactin level in women's bodies will increase to a certain extent, which will inhibit the metabolism of estrogen, causing women's sexual desire to decrease and women's secretions to decrease, so that vaginal dryness will occur during intercourse.

2. Psychological barriers. Women will have wounds in their private parts during the delivery process, and women who have a caesarean section will have wounds on their abdomens. Therefore, during sexual intercourse, they are worried that it will affect the healing of the wound, which will make women feel anxious and lead to vaginal dryness.

3. Insufficient sexual desire. In fact, women are not very energetic after giving birth. If men are not considerate at this time and rush to the subject during sex, women will have insufficient sexual desire, which will cause decreased blood metabolism and lead to vaginal dryness.

4. Symptom elements. If a woman gets a gynecological disease right after giving birth, it will cause vaginal mucosal hematoma and decreased secretion, leading to vaginal dryness.

5. Excessive cleaning. Some women are very clean and often do deep vaginal cleaning repeatedly, which will wash away the secretions and beneficial bacteria in the vagina, resulting in vaginal dryness during sexual intercourse.

6. Unbalanced diet. If women have an unbalanced diet and eat very little fresh vegetables and fruits, they will lack vitamins, causing dryness of the vaginal wall and mucosal hematoma, which will lead to vaginal dryness during intercourse.

Vaginal dryness after intercourse after childbirth is generally caused by hormonal changes in the female body, fear of wound re-opening, emotional anxiety, and vaginitis and other diseases. It is necessary to gradually eliminate psychological concerns and actively treat gynecological diseases. And pay attention to diet, eat more foods containing vitamins and proteins, which can improve the symptoms of vaginal dryness caused by dry vaginal wall.
