How to correct inverted nipples during puberty

How to correct inverted nipples during puberty

If a woman finds that she has inverted nipples during her developmental stage, it is best to use corrective methods at that time, because this is a developmental stage and it is easier to correct. If it is ignored during the developmental stage, it will be more difficult to correct it after adulthood. Generally, the best way to correct nipples for adults is surgery, which involves certain risks. Therefore, it is best to correct inverted nipples during adolescence. So how to correct inverted nipples during adolescence?

One is manual traction. Adolescence is an important period for breast development and also an important period for correcting inverted nipples. Regularly pulling the nipples can make the breasts protrude, increase the supporting strength of the surrounding skin, and play a "shaping" role. Several times a day. Over time, the nipples will naturally bulge outward. If you can't pull it out, push the skin of the breast near the nipple outwards first.

Inverted nipples in young girls are mostly caused by developmental disorders. Generally speaking, self-massage can have a very good effect. Lift the right breast with your left hand, put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of your right hand together, and use three fingers to gently rub the nipple from the base of the breast in a circular motion. First, move from the base of the breast near the sternum to the outside and massage 20 times back and forth, then massage the left breast; make the five fingers into a chicken claw shape, clasp the bottom of the nipple, and gently rub toward the base of the breast in a circular motion, 10 times for each breast; pull the nipple, pinch the nipple with the thumb, index finger and middle finger, and massage it outward, 20 times for each side. Be careful to apply force evenly and don't pinch the nipples too hard.

You can pull out the sunken nipple in the breast by hand and fix it for a while. If this method does not work well, you can try syringe suction. Prepare a pair of 10 ml plastic syringes, remove the outer shell of the front end of the syringe; pull out the needle core, turn the syringe upside down, and align the opening at the rear end of the syringe shell with the sunken nipple; then insert the needle core from the cut part of the front end of the syringe, gently aspirate, use the negative pressure of the syringe to suck out the sunken nipple, and fix it for 5-6 minutes; 1-2 times a day.

The above methods for correcting inverted nipples during adolescence are generally effective for women with not particularly severe nipple inversion. However, for teenage girls with more severe nipple inversion, it is recommended that they wait until adulthood for surgical treatment, because the above methods have no effect on severe nipple inversion, and only surgical correction is the best way to solve the problem. I hope that parents can understand this and help their children overcome this psychological barrier.
