Why are the inner thighs of girls dark?

Perhaps many of us have never carefully observed the inside of our thighs, so please take a look at the color of your inner thighs? Of course, color doesn't mean anything, but it can help us judge our current health status. Especially for our female friends, we should pay more attention to our health. So what does the blackening on the inside mean?

The doctor suggested it could be eczema or jock itch. Eczema is often distributed in opposite directions, and the rash has various forms, such as erythema, papules, blisters, erosions, exudation and crusting. The itching is severe and scratching may cause infection. The course of the disease is about 2-3 weeks, but it can easily become chronic and recur. The symptoms of tinea cruris are that the skin lesions start with a few papules and herpes, which gradually increase in number and expand in a ring-shaped pattern. The edges of the lesions are raised, and the patient's symptoms are unbearable itching. The condition is aggravated by scratching. The annular lesions gradually increase in size, the local skin pigmentation deepens, the skin thickens and is covered with scales and crusts. First of all, you should try to avoid all kinds of external stimuli, such as washing with hot water and violent scratching. Wear soft clothes, eat light food, and do not use non-absorbent and non-breathable nylon underwear. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis, and then receive targeted treatment after a clear diagnosis. It is mainly caused by poor skin ventilation and irritation caused by sweat. According to the symptoms, it is recommended to use topical ointment such as trimesin or pevisone for treatment.

It could also be neurodermatitis. Neurodermatitis mainly includes

1. Localized neurodermatitis: More than 90% of cases occur on the neck, followed by the elbows, sacrum, eyelids, popliteal fossa, etc. First, local itching is felt, followed by clusters of millet- to rice-sized, normal skin-colored or light brown or light red polygonal flat papules, slightly shiny, covered with a small amount of chaff-like scales, and then the papules merge into pieces. Due to itching, the skin is often scratched and stimulated to gradually thicken, forming lichenification.

The boundaries are clear, and scratches and blood scabs are common around the affected skin lesions.

2. Diffuse neurodermatitis: The skin lesions are similar to those of localized neurodermatitis, but are widely distributed, affecting the head, limbs, trunk, etc., with chronic severe itching, especially at night, affecting sleep. The course of the disease is chronic and prone to recurrence. Frequent scratching may lead to eczematous changes or secondary infections such as folliculitis and furunculosis.

Daily care precautions for the family

1. Neurodermatitis can be affected by many factors, such as irregular life, poor sleep, menstrual abnormalities, indigestion, constipation, etc., which may aggravate the symptoms. Therefore, attention should be paid to actively treat and maintain when there are abnormalities in these aspects.

2. Psychological counseling and guidance can help patients relax and overcome negative mental factors such as irritability, anxiety, etc. If neurasthenia is obvious, sedatives can be given.

3. Try to avoid fish, shrimp, seafood, beef, mutton, spicy foods, etc. Eat more fruits and vegetables, and avoid drinking alcohol.

4. Cut your nails short to prevent scratching and breakage, which may lead to secondary infection.

5. Underwear should be loose and made of soft material.

6. Develop good hygiene habits, maintain personal hygiene, and avoid using excessively hot water and soap.

Wash with alkaline detergent.

7. Use moisturizing products to relieve itching and repair the skin. For severe itching, oral antihistamines can be taken.

Such as cetirizine hydrochloride, etc.

8. Avoid using ointments containing hormone ingredients as much as possible to prevent the formation of hormone-dependent dermatitis.

We have moved away from the ancient patriarchal lifestyle, so women should pay more attention to their own bodies. We must pay close attention to every part of the body, nip some safety hazards in the bud as soon as possible, and avoid the tragedy of some breast cancer patients. Be a beautiful woman who loves yourself, don’t be shy about talking about the illness of your private parts, we should consider our own health.
