When you are three months pregnant, the baby has not grown significantly and is just a small gestational sac. Therefore, there will not be any significant changes in the abdomen, and you don’t need to make any additional adjustments to your sleeping position. In other words, there are no special sleeping position requirements. Generally speaking, a normal sleeping position is sufficient, either sleeping on your side or lying flat on your back. However, it is best not to sleep on your stomach, as it may affect the growth of the gestational sac.

Although there are no specific requirements for sleeping positions in the first three months of pregnancy, pregnant mothers can try to sleep on their left side frequently. In this way, after gradually forming a habit, in the middle and late pregnancy, getting used to this sleeping position will not affect the baby, and generally will not feel very uncomfortable.
