What is cheese?

How to store cheese

Cheese can be stored directly at room temperature. Wrap the dry cheese in parchment paper or plastic wrap and store it in a cool and dry place. This type of cheese has less water content and can be stored indoors for a long time without spoiling.

Slice the cheese, wrap it with wax paper layer by layer, and store it in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life. When eating, just remove the wax paper and put it on the food, which can save the slicing or shredding steps and is more convenient.

Grate the cheese, put it in a sealed jar, and store it in the freezer to greatly extend the shelf life of the cheese. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on the food and eat it directly, or reheat it when making pizza or other foods to make the flavor more intense.
