2 Generally, vaginal suppositories are used at night so that the drug can fully decompose during sleep and act directly on the local area. If used during the day, the drug will easily flow out of the vagina, which will not only contaminate the underwear, but also prevent the drug from fully contacting the lesion area.

3 Be sure to persist in treatment. If you are taking suppositories due to vaginitis or cervicitis, you should strive for a complete cure.
