Menstruation comes once every ten days

Menstruation comes once every ten days

The menstrual cycle usually lasts for one month, with a variation of no more than one week. It is normal for some women to have irregular menstruation. Everyone's body functions are different, and the menstrual cycle will also change. However, if the menstrual interval is too short or too long, it means that there is something wrong with your body. Special examination and treatment are needed. So why does menstruation come once every ten days?

(1) A normal menstrual cycle occurs every 28 days or so, lasting about 5 days each time. The menstrual period is dark red, without blood clots, and the blood volume is about 50 ml. Menstruation is usually advanced or delayed by no more than a week. There are two main causes of irregular menstruation: 1. Neuroendocrine dysfunction; 2. Organic lesions or drugs. In addition, problems such as excessive mental stress, environmental changes, and malnutrition can also cause irregular menstruation. Generally speaking, irregular menstruation refers to irregular menstruation, early or late menstruation, irregular period, excessive or insufficient menstrual flow, purple or light red color, thick or thin menstrual blood, etc. In clinical diagnosis of neuroendocrine dysfunctional menstrual disorders, various organic causes must be excluded. Only after careful examination can the cause of irregular menstruation be determined, such as whether the ovaries and uterus are normal, whether hormone secretion is normal, etc., and appropriate treatment can be carried out after a clear examination.

(2) There are many causes of irregular menstruation, which can be clinically divided into two categories: one is functional, such as irregular menstruation caused by endocrine dysfunction; the other is organic, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, and endometriosis, which can also cause irregular menstruation. To treat irregular menstruation, you must first check B-ultrasound and six sex hormones to identify the specific cause, treat the primary disease, and then appropriately use some Chinese medicine to regulate menstruation. Pay attention to keeping warm and resting during menstruation.

(3) It is recommended to strengthen exercise, pay attention to rest, adjust diet appropriately, eat less spicy or heavy flavors, eat more vegetables and fruits, and increase vitamin intake. Ensure adequate sleep, do not stay up late, and keep a happy mood. If it does not cause anemia, adjust your lifestyle habits and physical condition first. If the amount of bleeding is really heavy, I may need to use hormones to regulate the cycle.
