Systemic factors:

Local itching symptoms caused by systemic diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, vitamin deficiency, icteric hepatitis, patient allergic reactions such as drug allergy, urticaria, and topical use of contraceptive tools may cause vulvar itching. At the same time, a small number of neurological patients experience itching on the outside of the uterus without obvious cause.

5. Skin diseases of the vulva, such as eczema, psoriasis, pubic lice, genital warts, increased secretion of sweat glands and sebaceous glands in obese women, and accumulation of secretions due to poor local hygiene.

6. Vulvar malnutrition and vulvar varicose veins.

Experts from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital said that vulvar itching often affects conception. Persistent and long-term itching can cause local skin reactions, blister-like papules, eczema-like erosions, ulcers in severe cases, adhesions, atrophy, swelling of the labia, and narrow vaginal opening that can hinder sexual life and cause urination disorders.
