How to calculate menstrual period?

For many married people, this is the time to prepare for pregnancy. Then it is necessary to treat the woman's menstruation seriously. Is my menstruation regular? Do I have symptoms of dysmenorrhea during my menstruation? When does your period start? When does menstruation end? In fact, they are all related to the important matter of preparing for pregnancy. But many people are confused and can't figure out when their period starts. How to calculate menstrual period

The 7 days after the end of menstruation are called the "first seven", and the 8 days before menstruation are called the "last eight", which refers to the safe period for sexual intercourse. The first seven and last eight days are the safe period. Normal women of childbearing age have menstruation once a month. The period from the beginning of this menstruation to the first day of the next menstruation is called a menstrual cycle. From the perspective of contraception, each menstrual cycle of a woman can be divided into the menstrual period, ovulation period and safe period. Generally speaking, the ovaries of women of normal childbearing age release only one egg per month. The egg can survive for 1 to 2 days after being released, and the sperm can survive in the female reproductive tract for 2 to 3 days. The fertilization ability is mostly within 24 hours after ovulation. After 2 to 3 days, the sperm loses the ability to combine with the egg. Therefore, if you have sexual intercourse 2 to 3 days before ovulation and 1 to 2 days after ovulation, you may get pregnant. This period is called the fertile period or the dangerous period. A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period. The rest of the time except the menstrual period is called the safe period. So generally speaking, the first seven and the last eight are the safe period

During menstruation, you need to take care to keep warm. Don't let your abdomen get cold easily. We know that during menstruation, the vagina often has a tendency to bleed continuously. So people at this time are often physically weak. In fact, the body's resistance is not only poor, but also shows a downward trend. So don't drink casually. Because drinking alcohol will speed up blood circulation, causing patients to experience symptoms of increased menstrual flow.
