Preparation method: 6 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 100 grams of lean pork, 6 grams of angelica, and a little salt. First, wash the angelica, cut it into short sections, and put it into a gauze bag. Steam the donkey-hide gelatin with water separately. Then put the pork and the medicine bag containing the angelica into the pot, add 500 ml of water, boil for 1 hour, then remove the medicine bag, add the donkey-hide gelatin, simmer over low heat, and finally season with low salt before serving.
