What are the symptoms of menopause?

Menopause is a very critical and sensitive period of time for women. This is because menopause will cause great changes in women's physical and psychological aspects. More and more women may be prone to anger in their daily lives. This is a very obvious manifestation of menopause, and it will also cause the yin and yang in their bodies to become somewhat unbalanced, which makes it impossible for most women to adapt so quickly.

The symptoms of menopause also vary from person to person. Menopause is a special period, which usually occurs around the time of female menopause, usually between the ages of 40 and 50. At this time, ovarian function gradually degenerates and the synthesis of female hormones gradually decreases, causing various physiological changes in women's bodies and some uncomfortable symptoms, such as: flushing, night sweats, upper body fever, irregular menstruation, increased blood pressure, and occasional fatigue, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitations, changes in sexual desire, etc. These conditions are called "menopausal syndrome."

Although menopause is a natural physiological process for women, the symptoms of menopause vary from person to person. Some women have more severe symptoms, while others have milder symptoms. In recent years, the medical community believes that if menopausal women can pay attention to their diet, they can not only go through menopause safely, but many uncomfortable symptoms may also be improved.

Due to endocrine changes in menopausal women, the feeding central system becomes disordered. Also, due to reduced activity, the body's heat energy consumption also decreases, resulting in excessive calories and inducing obesity. Menopausal women are particularly prone to gaining weight. Therefore, they must reduce the intake of high-fat foods and sugars, eat less meat, properly control fat intake, especially eat less fatty meat and other foods rich in saturated fatty acids and cholesterol, and eat more various fish and vegetable oils.

As the estrogen level in menopausal women decreases, they are more likely to develop osteoporosis. Therefore, they should regularly eat foods high in calcium, and it is best to eat more soy products.

In fact, this is mainly because the estrogen level in women's bodies begins to decline during menopause. At this time, women cannot be lazy and must exercise. This will easily lead to osteoporosis. Not only that, women in menopause also need to eat foods containing calcium regularly.
